    Everyone wants to know if it can create complex objects. what happens if you ask the language model to. Imagine if the following existed. User: get gpt create a dog thats looks kinda like a dragonfly and rig it. User: now creat a barkiny animation. If openAi Works a blender or 3D Studio suites this would save developers so much time. And what also allow non-experienced people to create awesome pieces of Art

    Great tutorial! I just have a question, if we delete part of the mesh in the primitive object, the trim no longer works as supposed to be but it views several segments of lines as one curve and doesn't trim them seperately, any solution?

    This is super cool, im suprised i was able to sit back and follow along, i guess all credit goes to how well you explain what you're doing as well as the visual guides. I've been obsessed with particle life sims recently, Ive messed around with it in game engines, but i wonder if you could replicate the effect using some blender nodes magic. could be a fun way to use simulation nodes that i havent seen anyone try yet. if anyone sees this and is interested, there is a particle life simulator by Tom Mohr that you can download for free and play with, its great for learning more about the topic through interaction

    Thank you for the work and thank you for sharing it. Wanted to let you know that the project available on your Gumroad doesn't work for me on two computers across Blender versions 4.0, 4.1 and 3.8. The moment I would open up the geonode tree for Cymatics the project would crash.

      @StrayCreations Місяць тому

      Hey thanks for your comment. I checked the file just now and it opens up fine for me in Blender 4.1. Have you tried opening the file with a clean install? It could be one of your addons causing the crash.

    • @SymmetricVision
      @SymmetricVision Місяць тому

      @@StrayCreations Havent done it in clean install and will definitely look into addons because I am using a bunch. Thank you for making geonodes fun, I wanted to learn how to drive things with math forever. There are a lot of interesting things besides cymatics that I think youd be very able to do just because of this principle. I hope to understand it one day. Thank you so much for your work

    Can't I make pattern by Hz?

    • @StrayCreations
      @StrayCreations 3 місяці тому

      In real life, all objects, including Chladni plates, have a set of natural frequencies at which they vibrate. A system, such as standing waves in a musical instrument or in this case, a plate, tends to vibrate at certain discrete frequencies called natural frequencies or eigenfrequencies. The patterns are a result of the ratio between the introduced frequency and the eigenfrequency of the plate. So plates of different materials would display different patterns on the same introduced frequency. Since we are in software, we haven't determined an eigenfrequency of the plate, we just work directly with this ratio, which is the ratio between n and m. In short: the pattern of a certain frequence in Hz depends on the material the plate is made out of, so it doesn't look the same across all chladni plates.
